Vertical Multi-Joint Robot 'VS Series VS-050/060'

It has a compact body with outstanding power and speed.

【High Speed & Compact & Easy to Use】 Compared to the conventional VS series, the arm size has been significantly reduced, achieving mobility in a space-saving manner. Furthermore, while downsizing, the speed has also improved, allowing for a reduction in cycle time. Additionally, new options have been added to enhance user-friendliness, such as a communication cable flange, an environment-resistant type (IP67), and an external battery unit. 【Compact】 The base installation area and the width of each part of the arm have been made compact. This allows for flexible movement even in narrow spaces. 【Addition of Communication Cable Flange】 This is an option that provides a signal line with 17 cores and an Ethernet port at the tip of the flange (6-axis part). This allows for the connection of electric hands or cameras to the tip of the flange without worrying about cable tangling or disconnection. 【Enhanced Environmental Performance】 A new environment-resistant type (IP67) has been added. This type is suitable for use in environments where cutting fluid and dust are prevalent, or where washing is necessary.

Horizontal Multi-Joint Robot "HSR Series"

Start moving quickly. Keep moving quickly. Stop accurately.

"Realizing true high speed that cannot be captured in a catalog" The performance of robots may not always be fully understood through catalog specifications. There are times when it is difficult to determine whether they can operate within the cycle time or if they can truly keep moving continuously. To address these challenges, the new high-speed scara robot, the HSR series, has pursued the fundamental performance that the field has continuously demanded: "to start moving quickly," "to keep moving quickly," and "to stop accurately," achieving "true high speed" to the utmost limit. As a result of pursuing high speed, we have realized a compact and space-saving high-speed picking system not only in traditional assembly but also in the packaging processes of food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics, bringing innovation to the field. **Features** - Achieves class-leading high-speed operation - Enables long hours of continuous operation - Vibration suppression control technology - Newly designed high rigidity and lightweight arm - Options for "floor-mounted type" and "overhead type" - Achieves high-speed operation through layout optimization *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.*

[Case Study: Food] Transportation of Dairy Product Cups

We will introduce a case of automating the transportation, stacking, and palletizing of cup dairy products (cheese) using six robots with different tactics.

The case study introduced this time is from Choceňská mlékárna, a company located in the town of Choceň, 100 miles east of Prague, Czech Republic, which produces brands of spreads, yogurt, and curd cheese. Since its establishment about 90 years ago, it has been committed to high quality standards and has implemented automation in mass production and more reliable production routes. Additionally, a new line has been designed and implemented to package popular dairy products in the Czech Republic at a speed of 20,000 units per hour. The six Stäubli robots that have been introduced greatly contribute to improving production flexibility, allowing for very quick reconfiguration of the system to accommodate various products, and efficient automation enables the production capacity of the line to flexibly adapt to the constantly increasing demand. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
